Monthly Reconciliation

$400/month

Package 1 - Includes monthly reconciliation of all your transactions entered by you in QuickBooks. We will verify everything matches your bank statement and go over any discrepancies with you and correct them. This is our basic package and is great if you’re already well-organized but want to spend more time working ON your business and leave the month-end work to us.

Weekly Data Entry with Monthly Reconciliation

$800/month

Package 2 - All of your weekly transactions will be input by us, this includes checks, online payments, customer payments, and all other AR or AP data. We will also complete your monthly reconciliation and go over any discrepancies with you. This package includes reconciliation for one bank account and one credit card account with a limit of 50 transactions for each.

Complete Data Entry with Reconciliation and Month-End Reports

$1000/month

Package 3 - Everything included in package two, along with month-end reports that include Profit and Loss and Balance Sheet reports.
